Celebrate Jerry with Jerry Jams for REX

August 9, 2010 marks the 15 year anniversary of legendary musician and Grateful Dead co-founder Jerry Garcia’s death. As a way to honor his musical and community legacy, we have contributed a live performance of a Jerry Garcia song to benefit the Rex Foundation.

Available August 10 at  http://nugs.net/JerryJams, Jerry Jams for Rex includes our performance of "Mountain on the Moon" from 6/17/2010 - Telluride Bluegrass Festival, Telluride, CO, along with three exclusive previously unreleased live Garcia songs from Phish, Bruce Hornsby & The Noisemakers, and The String Cheese Incident. Other artists featured on the 12-track compilation include The Black Crowes, Yonder Mountain String Band and more. All proceeds are a contribution to the Rex Foundation, the Grateful Dead’s charitable arm.
