Ahhhh, The Riverboat
Ahhhhh, the river boat. Thank you to all in attendence. The front speakers were crappy, the poweramp left us hanging at the encore, and there was zero sightline except for the freeks 1 foot away from my microphone. But.......no one seemed to care. This was the second cd release party I've done on the spirit of fredericksburg. It's just a special show. Slowly floating down a narrow river with the sun setting and people grooving, drinking, smoking and just enjoying life. It's pure joy for me to be able to play for folks like that in such a great setting. I only hope I can do it at least once every year.

getting there
I am seriously thrilled that you are going on a winter tour. I am a huge fan and since the last time I saw you (in March 2006 at the Canopy in Champaign IL) I have become a mom. Well needless to say Eli took away from my fun time; however it was well worth is. He is now 4 and I have moved to Mississippi, I hear you are coming to memphis and I couldn't be more excited. I live 40 minutes from there and you better believe that I will be attending! Looking forward to it!

ps. Eli completly digs your kids album!
Rock The Boat
To Keller & friends: I had one of the best times in a while catching up with my old friend, Kell, on The Fredericksburg Riverboat. There is nothing like watching this fella thoroughly get off to the music he so truly loves. From jamming in the Hamptons at Virginia Wesleyan College, enjoying GD tour together (remember crossing into Canada?), to full blown collaborations with members of the Dead , Keller is right where he wants to be. I love ya, bro. and couldn't be more psyched for you. Rock on & see you as soon as I can! P.S. Digitizing master boards from back in the day ... sounds like we are sitting inside your guitar!
